Scarlet Tunney brings a thoughtful, globally informed approach to legal practice. Her philosophy is shaped by rigorous academic training and leadership in both legal scholarship and technology.

While in law school, Scarlet received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award and held leadership roles as the President of the Technology and Law Society and Symposium Editor of the International Law Review. She spent part of her 2L year abroad at Universiteit Leiden in the Netherlands, where she studied EU Law, and worked as an Artificial Intelligence Legal Researcher. With this international and technological foundation, Scarlet approaches complex legal issues with curiosity, precision, and a forward-thinking mindset.

Scarlet’s legal training emphasizes not only technical excellence but also collaboration and innovation. Believing that sustainable legal careers require balance, she actively mentors emerging professionals and is committed to promoting wellness.
