Linhchi Nguyen

Linhchi Nguyen is an associate attorney at Lawyers for Justice, PC, where she primarily specializes in the litigation and settlement stages of a case. Her work involves drafting initial pleadings for wage and hour class actions and actions pursuant to the Private Attorneys General Act, conducting discovery, engaging in various motion practice, attending hearings, drafting settlement agreements, and writing motions for settlement approval.

Her passion for representing workers stemmed from her experience working at a union-side labor law firm where she participated in the 2023 Writers Guild of America strike and analyzed issues relating to collective bargaining agreements and workers’ rights. During law school, she also externed at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California where she gained strong writing and research skills. She now applies those skills to best advocate for her clients at Lawyers for Justice, PC.
